Ready Stock

1. Browse our site and see if there's anything you like. :)

2. Email us at doodle.cases@gmail.com for any inquiries, reservations or purchases.

3. Choose either postage or COD if you've confirmed your order.

Postal charges:

Buyers bear postage charges. You can choose either Pos Laju or Registered Post. We encourage you to use Pos Laju as it's safer.

We offer a flat rate for Pos Laju.

- Flat rate of RM6 for West Malaysia

- Flat rate of RM9 for Sabah and Sarawak

- Registered Post: RM3

Free Pos Laju for purchases above RM100. :)

International buyers:

- Pos Laju: let us know which country you're in and we'll check the rates for you. 

If you prefer to meet up instead, we offer COD at these places:

- Desa Parkcity: FOC

- Other places nearby (Menjalara, Kepong, Taman Bukit Maluri, Sri Damansara): FOC

- One Utama, KDU, SS2, DU Uptown: RM3

- Hartamas Square, Mont Kiara, Solaris Mont Kiara, Publika: RM3

Free COD for purchases above RM50. :)

*You can ask us about any other places, if we happen to pass by an area, we don't mind meeting you there, but only if it's convenient. 

3. If you choose postage, let us know once you've made payment so we can send your item(s) asap. We operate on a first pay first serve policy, so the item will be sold to whoever who can make payment first. If, however, you've made payment but you are not the first one, a full refund will be made.

Note: if you need some time to make payment, you can let us know, no worries, we will make adjustments accordingly. :)

Payment:

Cash Deposit/online transfer to our Maybank, CIMB or Paypal account. Account number will be given once you've confirm your order.

International buyers:
International buyers who are interested in ordering can transfer the money into our Maybank account. However, they would have to bear paypal charges:  3.9% + RM2.00 

3. We'll give you the tracking number and you'll get your items within 1-3 days for Pos Laju or 4-5 days for Registered Post.

Preorder

If the item(s) you want is out of stock or you want to preorder something, you just need to:

1. Email us and confirm your order.

2. Each batch will have a closing date. Each batch will arrive 2-3 weeks after the closing date. If, for any reason, each batch is delayed, we'll let you know accordingly. Please do not order if you are not willing to wait. 

3. You can choose to make a deposit of RM10 first or to make full payment. Note: Payment made is not refundable for preorder, you can only change your orders.

4. We'll place your order and you'll get your item(s) within 2-3 weeks.

Terms and Conditions 

- Always read carefully the details of the items in each respective post. 

- Email us at doodle.cases@gmail.com or drop us a comment with your email to contact us. All emails are replied within 24 hours. If you don't receive a reply from us within 24 hours, do resend the email. 

- Photos of items may differ in terms of the color/hue due to color resolution of monitor. 

- All items are brand new and in good condition unless stated. 

- Serious buyers only. If, for any reason, you decide to cancel your order, please inform us instead of keeping quiet. We do not know whether to continue reserving an item for you or not and this makes it hard for us and other buyers! 

- Item(s) sold are non-returnable and not refundable, unless you received an item with a defect (eg. cracked or torn case). You can exchange it with another item or choose for a refund.

*Take a picture of the defect and email us.
